LeRoy Jon Hill, age 63, passed away on March 12th, 2023.

LeRoy Jon Hill  was born September 19, 1959, in Donora, Pennsylvania, son of Myrtle Heard and Leroy Hill Sr. (Deceased).  He was       preceded in death by wife Rosalyn Hill.  LeRoy was the eldest of  8 siblings.  Growing up, LeRoy loved his siblings and cousins.  He always watched over and protected them.

LeRoy was educated in Cleveland, OH. He received his high school  diploma from John Hay high school.  He later went to serve in the United States Army.  Shortly after, he was discharged due to injuries.  He also loved to paint which led him to start and lead an all-girl crew at K. Kern Painting LCC.  His field work was general die casting (machine operator).  He was known for his hard work and dedication, where he earned the name Thriller after his favorite musician Michael Jackson.

Later, LeRoy met and married his wife Rosalyn Hill with son Kevin Hill on September 17, 1993.   They instantly fell in love and were married right away.  On August 16, 1994 LeRoy and Rosalyn welcomed a beautiful baby girl, YoRel.  They lived on enjoying being newlyweds, traveling and being parents. December 6, 1999, they welcomed baby boy Kerdel.  LeRoy enjoyed spending most of his time with his wife and their kids.

In his healthy years, he would visit New Spirit Revival Center with his wife and daughter. LeRoy enjoyed being in his home in his own space. He was a fan of watching his number 1 and number 2 teams, the Cowboys and Steelers. Painting interior and exterior homes and businesses were also, things he enjoyed doing.   He loved fancy cars, such as the Cadillac, and Lincoln Town cars. He is the favorite uncle of all his nieces and nephews.  He was a neighborhood father as well.  LeRoy was full of laughter.  He loved listening to R&B soul music and making others laugh.

He was preceded in death by his: grandmother Mattie Ikard, daughter Monica, sister Denise Hill; brothers Lemont Hill and Troy Hill; Aunt Louise Ikard.

LeRoy leaves behind to cherish his memory his 3 children: Kevin Hill, YoRel Hill, and Kerdel Hill.  Brothers, Matthew Hill, Harold Hill, Heath Hill; sister Kaletha Hill; and in laws, Derrick Buchannan; his best friend and Godfather of his children, Daryll Suttles; uncle Robert Hill Jr. (Felicia); aunts Carolyn Mizell (William), Robyn Hill, and Marilyn Hill. Grandchildren; Demetria, Brooklyn, Santana, Kerdel Jr., and Kamari.  Friends, Jerry Raul and Terry More. As well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and neighborhood kids.
