Leroy Lamont Whitfield aka Wackoo was born April 3, 1977, in Cleveland, Ohio to Michael Glass and Edith Whitfield.
Leroy received his G.E.D from the Cleveland Public School System.
Leroy’s life displayed love in the way he treated his family and friends. He would do everything he could to help, including giving you his last. He had a creative mind and a passion for drawing. He loved giving those he was close to nicknames. He shared a close relationship with his maternal grandmother, whom he loved dearly.
Leroy entered enteral rest on Wednesday, March 23, 2022. He was preceded in death by his Father: Michael Glass, Grandmother: Adell Glass; Grandfather: Samuel Whitfield; Great Aunt: Florence Chapman, and God Grandmother Edith Greer and Cousins: Warren “Woo Woo” Clayton and Richard Glover.
Those left to celebrate his life and cherish his memories are his Daughter: Shauntice Wiley; Mother: Edith Whitfield; Brother: Rev. George William Whitfield; seven sisters: Dorothea “Diamond” Reynolds, Valinda Glass, Tabetha Glass, Shaniqua Glass, Myesha Glass, Nikeyta Glass and Michelle Campbell; Grandmother: Alma Whitfield; and a host of relatives and friends.
