Linda Ann Kirkman was born October 11, 1955, in Cleveland, Ohio to Frank and Dorothy Mae Hayes. Linda attended Jane Addams Vocational High School, she graduated in 1973 as a merchandising specialist. During and after high school she worked at Higbee, she worked for the city as a traffic controller and retired from the county human resources. She was also a businesswoman. She owned and operated Linda’s Deli and LaRobb Nightclub.
Linda loved to shop, going to casinos, she loved coordinating and decorating, and planning events.
Linda leaves to mourn her husband Robert L. Kirkman; three sons, Robert Jr. Rommell and Lonnell Kirkman; two sisters Loretta Anderson and Janice White; 1 brother Henry Hayes (Hazel); 1 niece Lucretia Elenn, Cleveland, 1 brother, Lamarr Hayes, whom preceded her in death, 9 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, two aunts, Ruth Savage, Janette Alexander and Dell Hayes, the matriarch of the Hayes family, resides in Jacksonville, Florida Her best friend Maxine Jones, 3 nieces, 6 nephews, 6 sisters-in- law, 3 brothers-in-law; and a host of family and friends.
