Lizzie Mae Williams was born on Friday, April 1, 1938

in Gadsden, Alabama to Jettie and Otis Hope

Lizzie Mae left Gadsden in 1956 and

moved to Cleveland.

​She met and married Raymond Williams to

this union she was blessed with six

children Ronnie, Alesia, Belinda, Dewayne, Eric,

and Carolyn.

​Lizzie Mae declared her life to Jesus Christ

she got baptized on Sunday, May 30, 2004, at

Greater Strong Tower Church of the Apostolic

Faith by District Elder Albert Robinson.

​Lizzie Mae loved to fish, playing cards, dancing,

enjoying family and friends, playing board games

(especially monopoly). She was a great cook and

dressing. She was a kind person and would

give you the shirt off her back but don’t

tempt her (Lol).

​She loved her family especially her grandchildren she

taught a lot of them how to fish she would always

say she was the greatest fisher of all time (Lol).

​Lizzie leaves to cherish her memory, six children

Ronnie Hope (Santina), Alesia Williams, Belinda Poole ( Johnnie

preceded her in death), Dewayne Williams, Eric Williams,

Carolyn Williams, twenty-six grandchildren, forty-seven great grandchildren,

and ten great grandchildren.

Two sisters Elizabeth Randall (Tony), Annie Baker (Alouins),

Two brothers Eddie Mosley (Amelia) Pontiac, Michigan,

Johnny Mosley (Lucinda).

Three grandchildren

preceded her in death Sheila Carter, Kris Hope, Tevin Hunt.

Preceded her in death three brothers Edward Hope, Sr.,

Otis Hope (Dunne), Willie Mosley, Jr., one sister Luciana Hope

(Honey Gal), two sisters in law Gladys Hope, Amelia Mosley,

2 brothers in law Alouins Baker, Tony Randall.

She leaves behind a host of

nephews, nieces, cousins, family, and friends that she

truly adored.
