Lonnie Jermaine Carson, age 41, passed away on December 26, 2022.
Lonnie was born on September 2, 1981, in East Cleveland Ohio to Lonnie Moss and Cheryl Ann Carson. He attended East Cleveland and Euclid City Schools. His favorite subjects were Math and Science, he enjoyed experimenting with various inventions. Lonnie’s curiosity led him to be an entrepreneur by nature, owning a beauty salon, Studio C. Ann’s, that he named after his mother, running a contouring business at Glambella Studios, and his most recent ventures were selling items on various sites and overseeing a landscaping business, Lon The-Great. He had dreams of beating cancer and opening a health food restaurant and smoothie location.
Lonnie J or Jermaine or even LJ were a few of the nicknames he went by, all of them referring to the man that was a giver by nature. If he knew you were in need, he would help you and if he was unable to, he would find someone that could. He had a charming way of making everyone feel special.
Lonnie will be remembered for being well liked, humorous, generous, loving, very wise and full of ideas; he’d share with others because he enjoyed seeing them prosper. He loved traveling, there was a point in time where he visited a different location each month. He also enjoyed cars, music, drinks, and cooking. Those that knew Lonnie best, knew he was extremely dedicated to family, had his own way of doing things, his own style and was a stand-up guy. Lonnie was truly incomparable, even though he was one man, he could be in multiple locations.
Lonnie joins his mother Cheryl as they have entered into eternal rest and are no longer in pain.
Lonnie is survived by his soul mate Holly Douglas, their son Lance Carson; his sisters Ashley Carson and Alexsis “Bookie” Loines; brother Aaron “Bobo” Loines, his nieces and nephews; A’Shawn, Ava, Tre’shone and Kalayah, both his father Lonnie Moss and stepfather Bo Loines, his mother and father figures Angela (Douglas) and Bobby Jordan, and his many friends.
