Louise Teamer was born on September 19,1926 to Thomas and Florence Teamer in Covington Tennessee.  She departed this life on Monday December 19,2022.

Louise received her primary education from Tipton County school system.

In 1944, she married Aubrey C. Pugh. To this union 1 son was born, Lawrence C. Pugh.

In 1950, she married Ludy Woods Sr., To this union three children were born. Ludy Woods Jr., Michael Lloyd Woods and Janice (Woods) Drake.

In 1969, Louise married Sherwood Young, no children were born from this union, however, Sherwood was a most beloved stepfather. He preceded her in death on February 15,1980.

Louise was a talented seamstress and was a great salesperson selling Avon and Mary Kay products.

Louise was a dedicated member of Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church for 50 years and Affinity Baptist Church for 10 years.  She was active in various Christian organizations throughout the city. A few of them were Fellowship Missionary Group, Fellowship Choir, and Heritage Chorale Gospel Choir which performed internationally.

Preceding Louise in death are brothers: Wilbert Sr, Eddie, Thomas Jr, Raymond Sr, Aaron, Andrew, and Charlie Lee.  Sisters; Frances and Elizabeth. Sons; Ludy Woods Jr. and Michael Lloyd Woods. Grandson Darryl A. Drake Jr.

She leaves to cherish her memory, Lawrence C. Pugh and wife Sally of Ripley, Tennessee.

Janice (Woods) Drake and husband Darryl of Garfield Hts., Ohio.

A sister, Mae Alice Teamer of Detroit, Michigan, 3 sister-n-laws; Servira, Annette and Gerri.  11 Grandchildren, 17 Great Grandchildren, 1 Great-Great Grandchild. A host of nieces and nephews and many other family and friends who loved her dearly.
