Jones received her wings and went Home to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 11, 2021. Lutelia M. Jones is survived by her children: Clarence D Mitchell Jr. (Glynis) of Akron, OH, Cheryl Sullivan (William-deceased) of Bloomfield Hills , Michigan, Robert Mitchell (Harriet-deceased) and Yvette Mitchell, both of Cleveland, OH. Eleven grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren one great-great-grandchild, and one adopted daughter, Rhonda M. Gilbert. Lutelia M. Jones was preceded in death by mother Marie Peek, husband Matthew C. Jones, and daughter Wanda M. Coleman, along with many other close immediate family members. Lutelia, affectionately known as Lou, worked at Ohio Bell as a telephone operator in 1967 and later moved into a managerial position where she remained until her retirement in 1993. Lou accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of the Mt. Sinai Baptist Church. She was a soft quiet spoken woman who loved to spend time with her family and friends.
