Marcus Telly Stone Jr., age 21, was called home to be with the Lord on June 27, 2025, in Akron, Ohio. He was born on March 5, 2004, in Akron, Ohio, to Marcus Stone Sr. and Chara Campbell-Stone.

Marcus was a proud graduate of Kenmore High School, where he earned awards for perfect attendance and placement on the merit roll. A quiet and kindhearted young man, Marcus was known for his good nature, strong morals, and thoughtful advice. He enjoyed camping, family outings, learning, and listening to debates, among many other interests.

Marcus was preceded in death by his great-grandparents Luther and Louvenia Bowers; grandparents Wilber and Ruby Campbell; great-uncles Wilber Campbell Jr. and Luther Bowers Jr.; great-aunts Barbara Louise Edmonds and Lenora Bowers; and cousin Delano Campbell.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving parents, Marcus Stone Sr. and Chara Campbell-Stone; his devoted brother, Matthew Stone; grandmothers, Darlene Washington and Ruth Campbell; uncles, Cheddarrus Campbell, Brian Stone, and Don Campbell; aunts, Tinetrea Campbell, Chrissy Surgeon, and Dean Smith; cousins, Bryce Stone, Adrian Guerrero, John Campbell, and Demetrius Campbell; great-aunt, Katie Bowers; and a host of other family and friends whom Marcus loved deeply.
