Marian Murph Elder always said “do not write my obituary. If they don’t know me when I’m alive, they don’t need to know me when I’m dead.”
She leaves behind 3 children: William (Kathy), Dr. Leonard David Elder, PhD., Marian D (Capt D) Elder. 4 grandchildren, Terrance Elder, Jimmy Walker (Sonja), April Frazier, William Elder and a host of great and great-great grands, nieces and nephews, and a host of Spiritual Children and a lot that call her Mother Elder.
The family thanks you for kindness and support shown in many ways.

“Give me my flowers while I can enjoy them” was one of her sayings, she wishes instead of flowers to donate to the Cleveland Animal Protective League www.clevelandapl.org in her memory.
