Mark Hayes Bell was born in Cleveland, OH on July 7, 1969 at Brentwood Hospital to Dorothy L. Bell & the late Roy Bell. He was also raised by his step-father, the late Charles Provitt. Mark was the youngest and only boy of three siblings. He loved to aggravate his two sisters whom which they shared a very close bond. Watching sports, cartoons & wrestling are just a few things that he enjoyed besides eating cookies. Mark attended Cleveland Public Schools where he graduated from West Tech and received his diploma. Mark was a loving son, brother, father, uncle & also acted as a father-figure to his nieces & nephews. On May 2, 2024, Mark was called home & gained his wings. Mark was very well loved & will be extremely missed. He leaves behind his mother Dorothy L. Bell, son Isaiah Bell, siblings Yvonne Bell and Lorri Carey (Eric), grandchildren Isaiah Bell Jr. and Zakani Bell, nieces and nephews Jasmine Williams, Julian Williams, Kristin Thomas, Katrice Thomas, Erik Carey, and Jordan Carey, and great nieces and nephews Zyier Smith, Zoey Thomas, Bryce Walker, and Zhurri Thomas.
