Marlon Deveal Milligan was born September 30, 1983, to Kim Whitt- Milligan and Marlon Stone.
He was the eldest of all his siblings. Marlon attended Cleveland Public Schools and began working at Cedar Point and the Cheesecake Factory at the start of his professional journey. Marlon later expanded on his talents with the Cheesecake Factory and chose to use his leadership skills within the company and moved to Atlanta, GA. Marlonβs true ambition for success led him to use his professional skills to expand his career, where he began working with True Food Kitchen also in Atlanta for the last 8 years.
Marlon spent 16 years excelling in many areas of his professional and personal life in Atlanta where he was a master of his passions. Marlon projected a radiant light and was a breath of fresh air in any room that was lucky enough for him to be present. He was extremely energetic, warm, caring, kind, loving and had an enormous, gifted ability to make all his loved ones know they were valued.
He was a master at most anything he was interested in, but put many additional efforts into things like traveling, and he was a fashion icon. One of his beloved passions was his creative flare on his podcast (Rue Paul Shenanigans). With over 200 episodes he made sure ALL his fans will never forget his present. His all-time favorite artists were Mary J Blige and Lil Kim who he truly adored.
Marlon carries a great love for God in his Heart.

Marlon leaves to mourn his mother Kim Whitt-Milligan, siblings Marreon, Raymond, grandmother, Delores Milligan. Dad Marlon Stone (Leona), siblings Kayla, Justin, Kennedy, Donta, Martez, grandmother, Martha Stone and a host of aunts, uncles, family and friends.
