Marques Rayvon Gaves, age 25, went home to be with the Lord on October 26, 2019.  He was born November 4, 1993, in Akron, OH to Angeleana Gaves and Jacques Junius, Sr. He was a long-time resident of Akron, OH.  Marques was employed by GOJO Industries for the last 2-1/2 years as a heavy machine operator.  He attended Akron Public Schools.  He loved spending time with family and friends.  He liked making different kinds of beats in the studio and making music with the mic, music was his passion.    He also loved to travel with his brother, Jacques.  One of his other passions was driving different kinds of cars and trucks.  Every time you saw him, he was driving a different car.  He loved clothes and was a “fan” of designer fashions like Burberry, Gucci, Moncler, just to name a few.  He loved to play and “roast” people to keep you laughing at him.  He will be greatly missed by, Je’Shalea and Lil Robert because he was always taking them on special outings.  He gave Lil Robert the nickname “Fat’s Money.”

Marques is preceded in death by his grandparent, Da’jaun and Carol Bell, Letitia Junius, Harmon Davis; uncle, Khary Phenix.

He is survived by his parents, Angeleana Gaves (Fiance Tony Thompson) and Jacques Junius Sr.; the love of his life son, Lakeem Ranson-Gaves; sisters and brothers, Lakarra Gaves, Latitia Junius, Ja’Shalea Gaves; special brothers, Jacques Junius, Robert Beaman III and Eric Grundy, the best brothers one could ever have and a host of family and friends.
