I just found out about Mary passing away. She was a good person and I loved her smile. She is missed.

Hey mom it’s been 2 years and 1 month and 12 days you’re always in my heart and I know you’ll always be apart of me so that is why I choose not to cry also I know you wouldn’t want us to fall apart over you passing it was time for you to be with the lord but I wish I could share my great news with you face to face and I wish I could come home to you and have deep conversations with you and laugh and watch movies and eat your food haha and watch those silly animal videos you used to crack up at it’s sucks with you not being here but I’m sticking to my promise of being the woman you taught me to become and I will continue to make that happen I hope to be up in heaven with you and God soon pray for me it feels so real when I go to sleep and dream of you and you’re laughing and talking to me I just miss you so much but when I see you in my dreams it’s like you’re not even gone I’m gonna keep pushing because I still hear your voice mentoring me sometimes and that is a blessing and it’s also a blessing to reflect on the woman that birthed me and have nothing but positive memories because of how much you shielded us I love you mommy and I’m gonna keep fighting and never give up I owe that much to myself and you because I’m on the right track and I’m gonna make sure nothing gets in way of my success I love you so so much?

I have just learned of Mary’s death. I had the privilege of meeting both her Mother and Father 45+ years ago. I only spoke w Mary on the phone however, you could feel her sweet spirit and love for the Lord. May her children and loved ones be comforted for their great loss and Heaven’s gain.

From Rankin to Perkins, Mary was a beautiful soul! May God comfort you and strengthen you during this time.
