Mother Wheat I was Privileged to have know this Beautiful lady that was a Sweet Heart in our community. She ALWAYS treated us (Freda 'Hudson- Greene & Sisters) as family and welcomed us in her home. Also, we used all their kinship titles. Mother Wheat kept us kids busy in the summer with drill team. She was Brilliant , Strong, Very Gifted in Gardening, Art, and she poured that same type of Greatness and Love in our community. It was an Honor to have known her and it was nice to have seen her a few weeks ago when I was in town. We Lost a Very Beautiful & Great Woman that helped shape my childhood & others. Condolences, Love, Prayers Linda Brooks & the Wheat Family. Love , Cassandra Brickens (Sand,"Stop Sand") & Family / Hudson Family

My deepest heartfelt condolences are sent to comfort Linda, Veda and the entire family during this difficult time. Know that your mother was loved by many and she is no longer in pain. But, she is now rejoicing with loved ones in heaven and celebrating the journey she had with you all. Your hearts may be heavy with sadness, joy and tears now but in time, you will have more joy. Cherish the special place in your heart and as you look in the mirror, you will always see your precious mother/family member. Peace and blessings to all. Laurene Rucker
