Minister Edna Ruth Howard, age 71, went home to be with the Lord on August 30, 2019.

Minister Howard leaves to cherish her loving memories her children, Natasha Howard – Cooper (Scott) and Charles D. Howard (Latona); grandchildren, Morgan Sowell, Rey Howard, Alexander Howard and Dominic Howard. Minister Edna Ruth Howard will be truly missed by a host of many family and friends.

She was proceeded in death by her parents, Reverend Leroy Watkins Sr. and Emma Watkins; siblings, John Paul Watkins Sr., Leroy Watkins Jr. and Ethel Watkins-Brown; and her beloved grandson, Jonathan Sowell.
