Ronald Lee Noel, 69, went home to be with the Lord on March 10, 2019. Ronald was born in Akron, Ohio to James Noel, Sr. and Geraldine Noel on March 4, 1950.
Ronald attended South High School and graduated in 1968. Affectionately known as “Roni”, he also attended Taylor University, graduating in 2004 as a Counselor. Roni accepted the Lord and savior Jesus Christ at an early age. He was very active in the community and was a minister at St. Thomas Baptist Church. He loved to preach the gospel of the Lord and wanted everyone to get right with God. Roni was a counselor to many people; also a mentor to those in need. He always prayed for the sick and visited those who were shut-in. He took pride in ministering to people in prison, as well. He was a devoted Christian and his ultimate passion was to lead people to salvation!
Roni was kind spirited, loving and humble; always willing to help others and put a smile on your face. He enjoyed fishing and hanging with family and friends. He was a joy to everyone he came in contact with and will be greatly missed.
