Minnie met and married Felton George and their union produced a beautiful daughter,
Carol Edwinaur George, born in 1958. Unfortunately, Minnie was widowed less than a year
later. Minnie met Herman A. Brooks in 1961. Their union brought forth two loving children, Mia A. Brooks (1966) and Herman Brooks II (1968). Mia and Herman attended St. Henry and St. Jude Elementary Schools. In December of 1985 and June 1988, tragedy struck the family when Herman (Dad, 1985 d.)
