I'm a long-time Giants fan. When I was a kid, I was watching the game where Mr. Love was injured during a return. I never knew what happened to him or how badly he was injured, but it stuck with me. I'm thrilled to find out he recovered and lead such an accomplished life. Godspeed Mr. Love, and peace to you family.

To Walt's family and friends, my sincere condolences. I was shocked when I learned of Walt's passing. Not only was Walt a great athlete but a genuine friend. One thing I bet people didn't know about Walt is that he also acted in a play while at Westminster. I was in it as well as Larry Watson and James Phillips. Those were fun times. Rest well, Walt.

It has certainly been a pleasure to watch that little guy I met at Charles Dickens playground playing touch football progress to high school, college, and then pro football stardom. That little acorn grew into a mighty oak tree of a man in all... respects, heart and mind. I do regret we were not able to get together for that last cup of coffee we had planned. REST IN HEAVEN, MY FRIEND.
