Mrs. Mary A. Harris, age 77, went home to be with the Lord on April 12, 2020. Mary is survived by her beloved husband, John; children, Marie, John Jr., Mary, and Lisa; grandchildren, Richard, Clyde, Aysha, Rachel, John III, Jeffrey Jr., Jordon; 5 great-grandchildren. Mary is the daughter of the late, Leo Blakeney and Charlie Funderburk. She is also preceded in death by her son, Terry; brother, Charles Funderburk.

I am so so sorry I have lost my wonderful friend, my co-grandparenting buddy. I will miss our late night phone conversations, our family dinners, her calls to me for fashion advice. She helped many, many families and friends and she is going to be missed for a very long time.
