Christine Hudson was born on April 07, 195o in Henry County Alabama. She was born to George Hudson (dad) and Quinnie Hudson(mom) whom both preceded her in death.
Christine was a Thomas W. Harvey High School graduate. And later on, to became a sales associate for the Telegraph as a teenager. She then transferred to the News- Herald where she retired only a few years ago with 30 plus years of service. She was a long-standing member of the local NAACP of Lake County and was on the board for several years serving and being the best, she could be for the organization.
Christine enjoyed traveling, event planning, going to plays and picnics with the church. Calvary CME Church was her church home, where she was a dedicated Usher, Stewardess and treasurer, where she served faithfully. Honestly Christine was happy to do anything that was required of her to do in the Lord’s house.
Having a glorious time with family on holiday’s was Christine delight, “eating until we couldn’t eat no more” often occurred. Being around family was a joy. Also visiting with her best friend Rhoda Turman in Indiana, Going to Washington, DC on church trips, Canada, Memphis, Tennessee with friends brought her much delight.
Christine leaves to cherish in her memory, sister Betty Abrams, Brothers Johnny Hudson and George Hudson, Godsons, Ian Gibson and Lance Guilford. Preceding her in death Parents George and Quinnie Hudson, brother Bernie Guilford, Roy C. Guilford, Robert Hudson, sister Velma Guilford Lynn,
