Naomi Nobles was born on July 20, 1933 to the parents of Eston Badger and Sarah Badger and was part Cherokee Indian. In October of 1950 she married William Marion Nobles and moved to Cleveland, Ohio and to their union three sons were born, William M. Nobles III, Henri B. Nobles and Sheree Mancini Nobles, all of Cleveland Ohio.
After moving to Cleveland, Ohio, Naomi and William Nobles joined Mount Pleasant Baptist church where the Reverend D.C. Calvert was the pastor. She was a delightful member and was loved by everyone.
Naomi attended Lucy Craft Laney High School in Augusta Georgia and graduated with honors. She continued her education when she moved to Cleveland, Ohio at Cuyahoga Community College.
Naomi worked at Cuyahoga County Welfare Department for over 40 years. During that time she devoted a lot of time doing Community Services within Cleveland, Ohio area.
Naomi leaves to cherish her memories to her 3 loyal and dedicated sons, William Nobles III, Henri Nobles and Sheree Mancini Nobles and her only surviving sister Lucille Johnson from Worcester Massachusetts, 5 grandchildren and one great grand daughter, Kim Mitchell, Jerome Moore, Cassandra R. Nobles, Sheree Mariah Nobles and Hanna Nobles, great granddaughter Gianna A Higgins and daughter in law, Cassandra L. Alexander-Nobles plus a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
