Nathaniel Moore was born April 17, 1940 in Electric Mills, Mississippi. He is the oldest of five children; survived by, Aaron, Janace, and Larry. He is preceded in death by his brother, Clark Jr.
Nathaniel’s parents Clark and Lucinda Moore now deceased, relocated to Hamilton, Ohio. Deciding to later make Cleveland, Ohio their home.
Nathaniel also called Nate, had his early childhood experiences at Woodridge Elementary and Rawlings. He graduated from East Tech High School in 1959.
After graduating from East Tech, Nathaniel joined the United States Army in 1960. After serving his country for three years he received an Honorable Discharge. After his discharge he acquired his Barbers License and a (CDL) Commercial Driver’s License.
He attended Affinity Missionary Baptist Church where he served as an Usher, on the hospitality committee, helped with the food pantry, and attended first year bible study class.
He met and married his wife Della in 1980. During their years of marriage, they enjoyed traveling, cooking classes, community involvement, concerts and watching sports.
Nate leaves to mourn his passing, wife Della Moore, son Anthony Moore and a stepdaughter Melanie, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
