Nolan was preceded in death by his parents, Marion Jackson and Willie Heflin, and his brother, Willie Heflin, Jr.
Left to cherish Nolan’s memory are his children, Darletta Clark, Jelan Heflin, Robert Long, and Tela Long; special friend Darcell Carter; siblings Rick Owens, Marrion (Denise) Jackson, Dianne Jackson, Yvonne Brooks, and Barbara Jackson; grandchildren, Christina Stanley, Jonathan Clark, JoeNathan Clark, and Chaise Stanley; childhood friends Otis Carter and Anthony Walker; friends John Forney, George Davis, and Henry “Butch” Winston; and a host of aunts.
