Nyoka Summerall, age 80, passed away on March 4, 2026.
Nyoka was born in Cleveland, OH
to John Morris and Elizabeth Morris. Nyoka married Percy Summerall of Cleveland, Ohio on October 11th in 1969.
She was preceded in death by John Morris (Father), Elizabeth Adams-Morris (Mother), Shamar Lee Summerall (Grandson), John Morris II (Brother), David Morris (Brother), Samuel Morris (Brother).
Nyoka is survived by spouse Percy Summerall; daughter Nyoka Summerall Jr.-Dixon (Sean Dixon Sr.); daughter Karna Summerall; son Derek Summerall; brother Philip Morris; sister Elizabeth Lee; grandchild Stasha Sharpe; grandson Sean Lee Dixon; granddaughter Autumn Summerall; grandson Eugene Sharpe Jr.; great-grandson Levi Sharpe; great-granddaughter Samiya Summerall; great-grandson Cameron Huelsman;. And special niece Kelly Calpurnia.
Celebration of life will be held after the memorial service. Family will provide location of dinner service.
Memorial Service for Nyoka Summerall will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Kingdom Hall – Noble with Brother Ricardo Smith officiating.

Wawa had a strong green thumb along with her amazing unique eye for drawing. When she wasn’t adding to these skill sets for herself, she was always in the kitchen making sure everyone’s stomach was warm and full.
Memorable moments and achievements:
Wawas biggest memorable moments was her cooking and her seamstress skills. Her cooking always left a memory in everyone’s stomach and salivating taste to want to know, “how did you make this?!”
Everything was done from scratch! Her carefully curated clothes for her loved ones, the recipes made with no measurements and her unlimited loved tailored to everyone’s need.
