Otis R. (Andy) Andrews 83 of Cleveland, Ohio passed away on August 27, 2021. Otis was born in Sandersville, Georgia on July 29, 1938. He moved with family to Canton, Ohio and attended Timken High School, after graduation, Otis enlisted into the United States army from June 1957 to December 1957 and was honorably discharged.Continue Reading
