Ozella Marie Carlisle went home to be with the Lord on June 14, 2019. She is survived by her beloved family including her children, Larray Carlisle, Donna Jo Allen (Johnny), Dianne Lynn Carlisle, Tova R. and Emma Blake; cherished siblings, Dorothy Tate, Rosa Bradshaw, Willie B. Smith and Andrew Smith; 15 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren and 4 great great-grandchildren.
