I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Pam for ten years at Policy Matters Ohio and her devotion to Will - and amusement about him - helped teach me how to be a mother to my own children who were very young at the time. She always helped me see the humor in their mischief. I remember that one of her favorite stories was about the time that William, wanting to hide his report card from her, decided to light it on fire. He ended up needing to drop the burning report card on the hall carpet in their apartment building. While he wasn't hurt, the carpet was badly singed and Pam had to pay for it. She said every time they walked down the hall she used to ask him how he liked "his" carpet. Pam was an excellent colleague and devoted to her work on behalf of working people at Policy Matters. She will be so deeply missed and she has left a powerful legacy of respect for working people.

Lillian and Family... My heart is touched with your grief. Be encouraged in knowing that God is with you and He will never leave you, Surely you will miss Pam and its okay to shed tears, but through your tears know that God feels every tear that you shed and His Heart is touched with your grief. Those times when you feel you can't go on, look up and take the Hand of Jesus, for He is with you. God loves you all!!

What an honor to be able to call Pam a friend. Pam was an asset to Local 47 and the Labor movement. Pam was committed to her friends, her family and her faith! I believe with my whole heart that Pam is now with William and Ruby enjoying the hereafter. You will be sadly missed! Until we meet again!!
