Patricia matriculated through the Cleveland Metropolitan School System, graduating from East High School and Cuyahoga Community College after studying her passion of Photography and Art.
Patricia was a prolific artist, specializing in black and white photography, ceramics, homemade cards and oil-based paintings.
Patricia was also a voracious humanitarian. Visitors to her home were certain to leave with some sort of “care package.”
Patricia was a tireless and selfless volunteer at “Good Neighbors” and her church, where she served in any capacity needed.
Patricia was a friend to the friendless and a neighbor to those who were lonely. She was known for speaking kind words and encouraging others.
Patricia had an impeccable gift for remembering birthdays. She felt joy when phoning loved ones to sing her unique rendition of “Happy Birthday.”
Patricia fully enjoyed life, family members, Sibling Saturdays and her many friends.
Patricia is preceded in death by her parents, James Edward and Adele Jones, brothers Edward (Junior) and Ernest Jones; sister, Carmen Arlene Jones, and many other family members.
Patricia Ann Jones is survived by her beloved daughter, Cea-Cea (Lester); brothers Raymond Jones, Donald Jones (Francis), Kevin Jones (Karen) and Ronald Jones (Bernita.); sisters, Roseadele Griffin, Velva Randall (Sam) and Loretta Hubbard; loving grandsons, Bryce and Alexander, the pride and joy of her life.
The legacy of Patricia’s kind spirit, passion for the arts, love of reading, and zest for life will live on through them.
Patricia also leaves behind an extensive host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and loving friends.
Patricia was a person of faith and lived a life of serving others. She wants to be remembered as a servant of Jesus Christ and someone who aimed to brighten the day of those she crossed paths with.
Although we will miss Patricia, let us remember that she is now with the King of Kings. Therefore, her transition is worth celebrating! She has eternal life and we will see
her again!
