Patricia Ann Oldham graced this world on Sunday, January 28, 2001, in Akron, Ohio, to the union of James Edward Garrett, Jonathan Edward Cargill, Arlene Marie Oldham and Mary Elizabeth Phillips. Patricia was called home at the tender age of 24 on Saturday, November 15, 2025.
Patricia gave birth to a healthy baby boy, Christiàno L. Stanley, on November 20, 2018; from that day forward, she became a devoted mother to her son. She then graduated from Kenmore-Garfield High School Class of 2019. She worked at My Love Home Care as a home health aide. Patricia enjoyed cooking, spending time with family and being fashionable for any and all occasions. She was a radiant soul, full of kindness, strength, and an infectious joy that could brighten even the darkest of days. She had an uncanny ability to make people feel seen, valued, and loved. Whether through a heartfelt conversation, a simple act of kindness, or her signature laughter that could light up a room, she left an incredible mark on everyone she met.
She was preceded in death by her beloved father, James Edward Garrett; beloved sister, Briyana Lynn Hayes; grandmother, Emma M. Oldham, Donna M. Phillips; grandfather, David Garrett Jr.; William C. Oldham; great grandparents, Arthur R. and Ida B. (Rhodes) Cargill; aunts, Bessie M. Cargill, Deborah A. Lester, Patricia A. Cargill-Carr, Cora M. Garrett; uncles, Anthony W. Cargill and Ronny Oldham.
Patricia leaves to cherish her memory, son, Christiàno L. Stanley; mother, Arlene M. Oldham; grandmother, Flossie D. Garrett; brothers, William C. Oldham, Edward J. Oldham, David J. Oldham, Arthur L. Though her time with us was brief, her impact was profound, and her spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. As we honor Patricia’s life, we remember that while she may be gone from our sight, she is never far from our hearts. Her light continues to shine in every cherished memory, every shared story, and every act of kindness done in her name.
Patricia will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
