Patricia Elaine Howell age 67, went home to be with the Lord on January 31, 2020.

Patricia cherished daughter of Rachell and Arthur Mitchell both preceded her in death. She is the survived by her beloved husband Leon Howell; her children: Sonia Maynor, Brendella Perry and Ebony Howell. Siblings: Arthur Mitchell Jr., and Theresa Miller. Grandchildren: Aries Maynor, Christian Maynor, Shakara MacArthur and Myles Peterson.
