Patrick D. Tate went home to be with the Lord on January 21, 2022.

Patrick is survived by his children Jesse Tate and Marcus Moore (stepson); siblings Jessie Tate King, Ralph Tate, Gerald Tate, and Lawrence Adams; grandchildren Chantenise Tate, Jesse Tate and Danehja Tate; great-grandchildren Santana Yarbrough.

Patrick was preceded in death by his parents Josephine Tate and Jessie D. Tate, his child Dennis Tate, and sibling Harvey Tate.
