In Loving Memory of Precious Louise Hill. September 18, 1940 – January 18, 2026
Precious Louise Aaron-Hill was born September 18, 1940 in Jeffersonville, Georgia to the late Robert Aaron, Sr. and Thelma Ashley Aaron.
She was the eldest of nine children. She accepted Christ at an early age, joining White Springs Baptist Church. She was married to James F. Hill Jr. for 53 years and attended Glenville SDA Church.
She attended Twiggs County Public Schools. After relocating to Cleveland, Ohio she received her diploma from Cleveland Public School System.
She was employed as a cook for Ohio Bell Cafeteria at Erieview Plaza, and caterer for AVI Foodsystems, INC. After desiring an easier role her career journey with the food industry ended at Giant Eagle Supermarket.
Precious was an amazing cook and baker always enjoyed making her homemade dinner rolls, cinnamon nut roll, and candy variations for others
She received her eternal rest on January 18, 2026 at Malachi House Hospice.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and her siblings, Hazel Hill, Peggy Booker, Frazier Aaron, MacArthur Aaron, and Thelma Lowe.
Precious leaves to cherish her legacy: Daughter, Valerie Hill, two sisters, Trunell Durham (Willie), and Hilda Boston; one brother, Robert Aaron, Jr; one grandson, Tobias L. Tankard Jr, and one granddaughter, Precious Jewel Tankard. Sister in laws; Indiana Williams (Grady) Ruthie James, Johnnie B. Hill, and Bobby Hill (Joanne), a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
