Mr. Rafael M. Lee, known as Ralph and Big R, passed away on December 3, 2024.
Ralph was born in Cleveland on February 16, 1984, to Gloria Lee and Van Jackson, who preceded him in death. Lane Jackson (grandfather who served as a role model) and Rannie Jackson, grandmother, both preceded him in death. Lucy Alexander, grandmother, who was a spirit-filled minister, preceded him in death as well. Sandra Wray, Ralph’s aunt who was crazy about him, also preceded him in death.
Ralph accepted Christ as his personal savior at an early age. He received his high school diploma at Cleveland Christian Academy. He also received a Certification of Landscaping. Ralph was a hard worker and wasn’t afraid of working through any adversity by any means—he was a jack of all trades.
He worked as a medical transporter and took joy and satisfaction in helping out others in that way.
Ralph had a lifelong passion for producing, creating, and performing music. He wrote and produced six (6) albums, and was good on his keyboard.
He always had a big smile no matter what, and was always quick with a word of encouragement for those who had the pleasure of knowing him. Ralph was a gourmand and loved to cook. He had a lot of faith, too.
Ralph loved music and was very close to his mother, Gloria. He would always keep you laughing, and was a joy to be around, brightening up the days of those around him.
Ralph leaves to mourn his loving, caring mother Gloria Lee; one sister, Charmaine Brown; four precious nieces, Ayanna, Damiyah, Brooklyn and Eva; a special friend in Tianna Chapman; and a host of uncles, aunts and cousins.
Ralph will be missed by all, though he thoroughly enjoyed life. He loved the Lord Jesus Christ as his Savior.
Humbly submitted,
The Family
