On the morning of January 6, 2018, God called Rayvon home peacefully as she slept. Rayvon was preceded in death by her grandfathers, James Thomas Johnson and Tommy Hughes Jr, as well as a second mom, Sandra Myrick. Rayvon will be remembered for having a smile and laugh that could light up any room, for her sweet personality, her caring heart and for being a fierce lover and protector of family and friends. Left to mourn the loss of this beautiful spirit are her parents, her 3 year old daughter Avery, her siblings Ivan Conard and J’Arianne Woods, her grandmothers Janett Johnson and Carol Black, as well as, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, God-parents, God-siblings and close family and friends.

This is still unbelievable, we met for the first time, when I flew in from Texas to bury my mom Sandra Myrick. We had only talked on IG and I watch you and my brother Del raise my beautiful niece. We hugged and had small talk, not knowing this would have been the first and last time we saw eachother. Rest in heaven sis, knowing Avery will be well taken care of.
