Elder Benny Garrett eulogist and Bishop Emmett Lee officiant, Interment Rosehill Mausoleum.  The Procession will form and condolences may be sent to 819 Eva Ave, Akron, OH 44306.

Rebecca McKenzie went home to be with the Lord on Friday, April 27, 2018.

Rebecca was born on May 4, 1932, in Clayton, Alabama to the late Lemon and Arilla Lee. She attended the Alabama Public schools. She attended Saints Temple Church for over 53 years as a First Lady and Mother. She worked as a caregiver for the Sax family for over 15 years. She united in marriage to Bishop Ellis D. McKenzie on July 31, 1948. She enjoyed sewing and cooking.
She is preceded in death by her husband Bishop Ellis D. McKenzie, son Ellis McKenzie III, grandson Kameron and great-grandson Zane. She is survived by her daughters Willean (Elder Johnnie McNabb), Darlene (Robert) Freeman, son Pastor Terry (Cheryl) McKenzie; 12 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; 3 sisters-in-law and a host of family and friends.
