He embraced Christianity wholeheartedly and exemplified its teachings through his actions. His life was a testament to the kindness, generosity, and love that Christ taught, and he lived it every day.

After high school, he pursued higher education at Alabama A&M College and later at Cleveland State University. Regrey Patrick accepted a full-time position with Consolidated Freight Ways (CF), where he excelled in his career. His dedication and strong work ethic made him a respected and valued member of the team, earning the trust and admiration of his colleagues. Regrey’s faith was the cornerstone of his life. He was a devoted member of Second Lakeview Baptist Church for over 50 years, where he actively participated in church activities, including service on the Usher Board, and dedicated time to studying the Bible. In his own corner of the world, Regrey took pride in the care of his yard, creating a beautiful and serene outdoor space for his family to enjoy.
Regrey’s interests were as diverse as his character. He had a deep passion for history, delving into the annals of time to uncover the stories of the past. Music of all kinds was a constant source of enjoyment, and his eclectic taste spanned genres, filling his home with melodies that reflected his varied interests. Regrey’s love for debate and his intellectual curiosity led to spirited discussions and conversations that enriched the lives of those who engaged with him.
Regrey’s love for his family was unwavering, and he tirelessly provided for them, not just materially, but with the warmth and care that only a loving husband and father could offer. He was a steady and loving presence in their lives, guiding and supporting them through every step of their journeys.
Regrey was preceded in death by his mother Catherine Patrick, father Mathews Patrick, Grandmother Mama Sillia, aunt who helped in his rearing Farrow Woody, and his brother-in-law Savoy Stevens. Although they are no longer with us, their memory lives on in the hearts of those who loved Regrey.
