I served with Rich on the USS DeHaven from '66 to '68. We mustered out together at Treasure Island , Calif. We both lived in Bedford Hts. for 5 years before I moved on to Florida and eventually Texas. Visit with him and his family several times and always had a great time. My condolences to his wife and kids. Skip Meinke
