I will always remember Bob's beautiful smile! He would speak positive words to anyone that crossed his path--be it colleagues (Tri-C family) or strangers. Glad to have had the pleasure of knowing him.

Robert sang along with me in the Kappa choir. He was a dear friend and very devoted to his fraternity. Every time the choir performs in the future, he will be thought of and missed.

KJV 1 Thess 4: 14-17
14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so, through Jesus, God will bring with him who have fallen asleep. 15 For this we declare to you by a word from the Lord,4 that we who are alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, will not precede those who have fallen asleep. 16 For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. 17 Then we who are alive, who are left, will be tcaught up together with them uin the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so vwe will always be with the Lord.

Sending Condolences and Prayers for the Family of Mr. Patterson

Hearing Bob’s greeting “hey Jenks/Sis” made a great start to the day during my working years at Tri-C! It was a privilege to be in the Patterson Family circle sharing stories about Eric, Jennifer & Charee; participating in Marilyn’s famous trips & outings; lauding the “red& white”; and professionally touting our counseling skills in MANY workshops. Heavenly peace my friend until we meet again✌🏾!

I was working in Metro Counseling where I met Bob. After a period of time, I felt it was my home. I began choking and Bob came to my rescue. He never left my side till Public Safety came and hovered over me after they left. That’s when I began calling him Brother Bob outside of the office. When I think of him, I see him smile. Prayers are coming to his family and Metro Counseling where he will be dearly missed.
