Roselyn (Russell) Graves peacefully answered the Master’s call and entered eternal rest on Sunday, July 5, 2026.

Born on May 8, 1965, in Cleveland, Ohio, Roselyn was the beloved daughter of the late Rozell Russell and Anna Russell, who both preceded her in death. She was raised in a loving family where faith, compassion, and the importance of caring for others were instilled in her from an early age.

Roselyn graduated from West Technical High School in 1984. Soon afterward, she began a career dedicated to helping others, working faithfully as a Nurse Assistant. She found great fulfillment in providing comfort, kindness, and compassionate care to those she served, leaving a lasting impression on many throughout her career.

At an early age, Roselyn accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. Her faith remained the foundation of her life, and she faithfully served in several ministries throughout the years. She was a devoted and active member of Golden Gate Missionary Baptist Church, where her love for God and willingness to serve touched countless lives.

On December 1, 2007, Roselyn united in holy matrimony with the love of her life, Lincoln Graves. Together they shared a loving marriage built on faith, companionship, laughter, and unwavering devotion.

Affectionately known as “Ros,” she found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She loved preparing delicious meals for family and friends, expressing her creativity through crafting, traveling to new places, watching professional wrestling, and, most of all, creating treasured memories with her beloved nieces and nephews. Her warm smile, generous spirit, and welcoming heart made everyone around her feel like family.

Roselyn will forever be remembered for her loving nature, caring spirit, selflessness, and the enormous heart she shared with everyone she encountered. Her kindness, strength, and unwavering faith will continue to inspire all who were blessed to know and love her.

In addition to her parents, Roselyn was preceded in death by her beloved brother, Andre Wilson Sr.

She leaves to cherish her precious memory her devoted husband, Lincoln Graves; her sisters, Deborah Howard and Rozella Russell; her nieces and nephews, Lawerence Griffin, Andre Wilson Jr. (Latraniecsa), Linchelle Howard, La’Keia Parker, Shacquila Parks (Sincere), Eric Walker Jr., and Maurice Walker; along with a host of extended family members, dear friends, church family, and loved ones who will forever treasure the love and memories they shared with her.

Though she has departed this earthly life, Roselyn’s legacy of faith, love, compassion, and generosity will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered always.
