Rosemarie Smart, 93, passed away on April 28, 2022, at home, after a lengthy illness.
Rosemarie will always be remembered for her hospitality towards others and the tender loving care that she gave to many children after her retirement from Akron City Hospital. Her life was a testimony to her faith in Jesus Christ.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Smart, after 36 years of marriage, and her daughter, Saundra Hairston.
She is survived by daughter, Jeanelle Tolbert; granddaughter, Stephanie Hill; grandson, Jeffrey Oden Jr. and a host of relatives and friends.
