I am so sorry for the loss of your dear loved one, Ruth. Life is a precious gift, yet so short. God has promised to one day soon eliminate death forever, along with all sickness, pain and sorrow. (Rev.21:4) He has also promised to reunite us with our loved ones on a restored paradise earth. The Bible says he yearns to do this. (John 5:28,29; Psalm 37:11,29; Job 14:14,15) I hope these scriptures will be of comfort to each of you and bring you peace in the days to come.

To the Price Family, I wish to extend to the entire family my condolences on the loss of dear Ruthie, There are not enough words that can express how sad this truly is and how terribly hard this is for all of you. But remember Ruthie will always be with you and now you all will tend to her little angels that God has placed in your care. I pray that God will wrap his arms around all of you and help you through this most difficult time together until that day when you are united with your loved one again.

Jackie, when Sharon called me about Ruthie's passing, I could not breath at the shock. I thought about the time she was little in the Adventures Club, and the smile on her face. Words cannot adequately express the depth of my sorrow, and the knowledge that I will never get to see her as a young adult. Take comfort in the knowledge that she has and always will be in the loving hands of our Lord and Savior. You will see her again. My love and prayers to you, Isaiah, Naomi, and Lizzie, along with the entire John Family.

Dr. Karen Allen left a message on November 24, 2016:
To Ruth's family: I am truly saddened for the tragic loss of your loved one. Ruth was one of the brightest, fun loving nursing students in the Andrews University Nursing Program. She was such an excellent nurse, that when she graduated, she was offered a job from two major institutions. She had promise and a great future ahead of her. Isaiah 57:1,2 (NLT) says, "Good people pass away, the godly often die before their time. But no one seems to care or wonder why. No one seems to understand that God is protecting them from the evil to come. For those who follow Godly paths will Rest In Peace when they die." So, Rest In Peace Ruth; Rest In Peace. Sincerely, Dr. Karen Allen, Former Chairperson Andrews University Department of Nursing

We send our love and condolences with these words, "For The Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet The Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with The Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words". I Thessalonians 4:16-18

She was such a sweet, caring and down to earth woman. She was very attractive but didn't act like she was better than anyone else; she was fun loving and humble. I will miss her and am heartbroken, but no feelings or emotions can compare with your feelings of pain and heartbrokeness. Love you all and will keep you all in prayer. God will give you the peace thst passes ALL understanding. "Weeping may endure for the night but joy cometh in the morning." And also through your mourning. God bless.

My heartfelt condolences to the family and loved ones of Ruth. Though I may not be a biological family member, our nursing class 2011 at Andrews University, with Ruth, proved to be a family in itself. Ruth was one of the most studious, ambitious, God fearing young ladies I have ever known; I therefore feel priveleged to share these encouraging words in her honor "For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him." 1 Thessalonians 4:14 KJV

1 Peter 1:3-6. Oh Ruth may you rest in peace until the Lord comes back to receive those who believed in Him and His abundant love. I believe you will be one of those people the Lord takes home to Him one day. I remember you as such a vibrant, intelligent, driven and independent individual. I still remember when you opened up and explained how life is a battle but you were in that daily fight to keep reaching to God. You were such a passionate individual ready to face any challenge. Prayers to your family during this difficult time. RIP Ruth

Dearest Jackie, Elizabeth, Naomi and Isaiah. What words in the human language can be uttered at such a time. What expression of sorrow can ease your pain. The song says, "earth has no sorrow that heaven cannot heal" . I go to the word of God, "Isaiah 26:3,4, "Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee", Trust ye in the LORD for ever; for in LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength. I love you all so much and my heart is broken and torn in pieces because of our great loss. Ruth's legacy remains and her death will not be in vain. Hold on to the Lord's unchanging hand. Resurrection morning is just around the corner.

To family and friend's, I'm so sorry about the loss of your loved one. Death is not and never was God's purpose for humans. That's why he promises to resurrect all those who have fallen asleep in death. (John 5:28,29) (Acts 24:15) I hope that reading these few scriptures will help you to find some comfort during your time of grief. Sincerely, Tami Ziegler
