Mother Ruth Sims of 189 Elson Avenue, Barberton, Ohio was born on July 18, 1935 in Indianola, Mississippi to Alberta Harrison and Wiley Spiller. She departed this life on December 7, 2021.
Mother Sims accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age and walked with Him the remainder of her life. She was a member of The Livingstone Baptist Church and served on the Mothers Board. She worked as a surgical technician at Barberton Citizens Hospital for 37 years.

God looked over Ruth’s life on her last day on this earth. He knew that she had been a faithful servant. He found that her numbered years had come to an end, and He decided that it was time for Him to take her home. Then, He put His loving arms around her and took her to her eternal heavenly home.
