Sam L. Ward went home to be with the Lord on January 6, 2019. Sam is survived by his beloved son, Gregory Ward, MD Practicing Physician Baton Rouge, LA; and cherished granddaughters, Whitney Tennille Ward of Shanghai, China, and Chelsea Danielle Ward of Shanghai, China.
