LEWIS, SAMUEL FRANK, JR. age 90, entered into rest on October 13, 2019. Beloved husband of Helen Marie Lewis (deceased). Cherished father of Helen Copeland (Alvin), Vivian Mathis (Jack), Charles Lewis (Darlene, deceased), and Frank Lewis. Preceded in death by son, Thomas Bryant Lewis. Grandfather to six, Marcia, Kellie, Dionne, Chenitha, Nadia, and Lawrence. Also, great-grandfather and great-great grandfather. He is also survived by his brother Albert Lewis, and sister Willie Marie Moore, numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
