Sandra T. Phelps, age 64, passed away on April 2, 2023. Sandra’s legacy will always live on forever. Although she may not be here in the physical form, her spiritual presence will always remain with all of us. She leave to cherish in her loving memory: Montaz Phelps (Son), Johnnie Session Jr. (Brother), Johnnie Session lll (Nephew), Flora Session Lard ( Sister), Kendall Ryan Lard(Niece), Gregory Lard Jr. (Nephew) and a host of Family and friends.

My deepest condolence goes out to the family of Sandra Phelps. We grew up together on East 86th St. many years ago. I'll always remember the laughter, as Sandra was fun to be around. She was a good friend who taught me how to drive. I'll never forget her pushing me out in the traffic on Chester Ave. I regret that we failed to stay in touch, when my family moved away. I'll always remember the good times we had together. May God bless and comfort you all during this time of bereavement.
