Satrina M. Franklin-Allen was born August 4, 1977 to Sharon McVay and Michael Barnes. She passed away October 8, 2017.

Satrina accepted Christ as her Savior. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse last working at Ridgewood and Bath Manor. She loved spending time with her family.

She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Latrice Watson and Latarice Watson, Jr; grandchildren, Antonio and Legend Mosley; parents, Sharon McVay and Michael Barnes; grandparents, Ida Mae Barnes and Maggie L. Mosley; sister, Charmelle Franklin; nieces and nephews, Marqus, Dreshawna, Marvis, and Charmelle Franklin; and a host of family and friends.

I am so sorry for your loss. May you be comforted by the outpouring of love surrounding you. The Bible says this about God: "You are opening your hand and satisfying the desire of every living thing.” (Psalm 145:16). Seeing our dead loved ones again is one of those desires. Read for yourself how our loving Creator will fulfill that desire at Acts 24:15.

I am very sorry for your loss. In times like this I have found comfort from the promises mentioned at Revelation 21:4 & John 5:28&29 where our Loving Heavevly Father promises that sickness and death will soon be a thing of the past & that we will be reunited with of loved ones again on a restored earth. I hope that promises such as these can bring your family peace during this very difficult time.
