Sheila M. Barnes went home to be with the Lord on March  25, 2019. She is preceded in death by her parents, Dr. Edgar Osborne Angell and Anita Leanora Angell. Sheila is survived by her cherished children, Michelle Riley (Emanuel), Reginald Eugene Barnes, Sr., and Anita Roefer (Russell); loving siblings, Lafayette Angell and Rev. Thelma Townsend; grandchildren, Reginald Eugene Barnes, Jr., Juliet and Jonas Roefer; great-grandchildren, Royal King Emmanuel Barnes; great-nephews, Marc, Brad II, and Brandon Bourn, Matthew Joseph, and David Jefferson; nieces, Valeria Johnson, Marcia Jefferson (James), Monica Bourn, Natasha Parker (Shannon); great-nieces, La Shantee Johnson, and Charlie Terry.
