Dear Gardner/Ford family, I pray the Lord helps you all through this difficult time. My deepest condolences to you all! Your Mother was one of the few Mother from the projects that I fear, loved and respected. She was truly one of the top Moms out of our 80 families. What I truly loved about your Mother was she believed in not only her children but a few that wasn't hers and I'm proud to say, I was one she touch and believed in. Thank you guys for sharing her with us all! God Bless! Wayman T. Boyd & the whole Boyd family.

One of the most caring neighbors I've had who's compassion and genuine love and care and concern were divinely endowed with much grace. A heart of gold and advent prayer warrior. I'm going to miss her smile which brought sunshine to some of my difficult and cloudy days.

Granny, to know you is to truly know the meaning of unconditional love. Your smile, your voice, your laugh, your presence, will forever be missed. I sit and smile when I think about all the times I would sit in the kitchen talking to you while eating that famous peanut butter toast u would make LOL…Or when me and AJ would be running all thru the house and u would only fuss at him lol….It’s small moments like that which will forever remain in my heart! Rest well Granny, your mission is complete. You are the true definition of a great mother/grandmother/sister/Friend etc. Tell AJ I love him and he better not be in Heaven working your nerves lol! I Love u Granny???

Ma, you did an amazing job at everything you put your hands to. Your character was honorable and your heart was heaven's gold; crafted by the hands of the Lord Almighty. You were my mom and you were my right hand. From shopping, having a ball in Cancun, cooking, celebrating and, talking on the phone 50 times a day, and playing the lottery...we did that and had fun while doing it. You will always be my favorite girl. Missing you a million. Your Daughter, Marchelle (Bam)

Granny, You were a true rose, my girl!! I will miss hanging out with you, getting Starbucks with you, cooking and watching movies with you and sitting by the bomb fire making Smores' with you. And so, Girl I'm gone take my stance on 2 Corinthians 5:8 NLT Yes, we are fully confident, and we would rather be away from these earthly bodies, for then we will be at home with the Lord.
