His is preceded in death by his parents; brother, John R. Cook; sisters, Rosie Cook-Harris and Betty Johnson.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Elizabeth Cook; daughters, Rita Finney, Merelyn Otiz, and Casey Williams; sons, Bryan Toro; brothers, Albert (Debbie) Cook, of Houston, TX, Nathaniel (Nevis) Cook, David Cook; sisters, Pearl Clemons, Bessie Esland, of Orlando, FL, Geraldine (Wayne) Stargell, of Warren, OH, Dolly M.
