My condolences to Spencers family. I grew up with Spencer in Uniondale and 40 years later I can still remember his laugh and smile. He was a great person with a great personality and I hope his family can find some comfort in the hundreds of messages I've been reading about him and his well lived life.

I had the pleasure of working with Spencer at the Justice Center. I work in the Psychiatric Clinic. We had fun talks about sports and a little bit of everything else. I really enjoyed talking with him about his wife and son, both whom he was so proud of. Spencer was accessible to everyone even though he had a nice way of keeping to himself. He was funny and had a kindness about him. My deepest condolences to his family and close friends during time of grieving. He will be missed.! My deepest blessings to his family at this time. Jerome

It is with great sadness that we are saying goodbye to one of the liveliest guys I know. I'm so glad we were able to see each other, which turned out to be our last time, at Kent for Homecoming. Thank you for inviting me to your many Birthday parties, although I attended only one, and for being my fellow Cancerian friend, with our Birthday only being two days apart. You will be greatly missed Spencer. Rest In Peace.
